Selecting Files

Once logged in, you can select multiple files by clicking and dragging your mouse over them or by holding the ctrl key and clicking on each file. Mac users can hold the cmd key and click to select several files.

File Approval System

Folder Access Control

Media Lightbox enables you to control folder permissions for single users and custom groups. Site managers could, for example, give the accounts department access to important spreadsheets, whilst the design team have access to design and marketing folders.

Lightboxes are a great way of gathering files that are stored in different folders around your system. By adding them to a lightbox, you have a copy of them in one handy location, ready to send to others.

All the team here at Media Lightbox would like to say a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Media Lightbox Director Anthony Kieran for successfully completing the New York Marathon on Sunday 1^st November 2009!

Anthony has been in training for many months now, has overcome injuries and setbacks in the weeks leading up to this event and we’re all very proud of his achievement!

Although we have no ‘official’ photo (yet) of Anthony running in the Marathon one of our designers is convinced he spotted Anthony in this picture below (we think he’s the one in the white!)

We look forward to having Anthony back in the office later this week to see some ‘official’ photos and to hear how he got on.

Congratulations also to our friend Reggie Pattel who also ran.
