Selecting Files

Once logged in, you can select multiple files by clicking and dragging your mouse over them or by holding the ctrl key and clicking on each file. Mac users can hold the cmd key and click to select several files.

File Approval System

Every Media Lightbox account includes the ‘File approval’ feature. The approval system is ideal for requesting approval on a design or prototype from your boss, colleagues or a client.

Upgrading

Need more users, storage or bandwidth? Upgrading your Media Lightbox account is easy. Once logged in, simply visit the upgrade section to change your plan and customize your account to suit your company.

Folder Access Control

Media Lightbox enables you to control folder permissions for single users and custom groups. Site managers could, for example, give the accounts department access to important spreadsheets, whilst the design team have access to design and marketing folders.

Lightboxes

Lightboxes are a great way of gathering files that are stored in different folders around your system. By adding them to a lightbox, you have a copy of them in one handy location, ready to send to others.

The Queen meets Media Lightbox!

Media Lightbox was amongst a small group of business leaders to meet the Queen at a reception in Hillsborough Castle celebrating business excellence on Thursday evening.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh ended the first day of their official visit to Northern Ireland meeting people from the business community.  They were guests of honour at the dinner organised by Invest Northern Ireland.

The black tie dinner at Hillsborough Castle was an opportunity for business owners to meet the Royal couple as part of a two-day royal visit to Northern Ireland.

Northern Ireland Secretary Owen Paterson welcomed her at the airport and said: “She is into the new technology, she is tremendous the way she works the new technology.”

Media Lightbox Co-founder Shane Meehan took the opportunity to explain the background to the company to the Queen at the Hillsborough Castle event.  Shane commented: “It was a good opportunity to explain about Media lightbox and she was impressed when I mentioned some of the major clients using the system worldwide.  I’m not sure if the Queen will be signing up for a Media Lightbox account, but you never know”, he added.
