A Pint with Paddy!

Media Lightbox Directors Anthony Kieran (middle) and Shane Meehan (left) were invited to the Dublin Web Summit after-party in a secret Dublin hotel by the founder of the Dublin Web Summit – Paddy Cosgrave!

It was a who’s who of VC, Tech leaders (Google, Mashable etc), Emerging Entrepreneurs and the ‘Been there, done that, bought the Lamborghini…Entrepreneurs’! There was even the first person in the “world” to hack the latest iPod Nano – a young Irish guy called James Whelton – who was enjoying the Dublin nightlife!

The Dublin Web Summit is Ireland’s largest web & tech event. In 2010, over 2,500 people attended our five events, which have been covered in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Telegraph, The Irish Times and elsewhere.

We bring some of the most world’s most renowned entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders to Ireland to speak not just to the Irish web and tech community, but to the broader business community.

It really was a fantastic event and 2 speakers stole the show in my opinion…Jerry Kennelly (Founder of www.tweak.com) and Ben Parr (Editor of Mashable)!
