We at The Media Lightbox Towers were delighted to stumble across Intel’s fantastic interactive presentation “The Museum of Me” earlier in the week.
Intel have come up with a real gem of an idea to not only promote their name but to gather followers on Facebook which the presentation works in sync with. Gathering your Wall Posts, photos and Friends images, “The Museum of Me” literally makes a museum all about you and the information you have provided on Facebook.
At the time of writing this they are just short of breaching the 300,000 mark for Like’s on Facebook which can be considered an overwhelming success. The way in which it has interacted with Facebook is likely to catch on with other companies many of whom will be kicking themselves for not thinking of the idea before Intel.
It’s no secret that working alongside Facebook is a good idea and I would expect this to be the first of many ideas very similar to this one to appear in the near future. If you haven’t done so already, it really is worth checking out just to get a glimpse of the content you have stored on your account. A fantastic idea, well executed.
