Once you have uploaded your documents to your Media Lightbox site you can easily manage them with your team members. As a Site Admin you will have the permission rights to add new accountants to your site. Simply click on the Administration tab then select the User Management link. On this page there will be the option to add new users. Once you have added new users, you can give permissions to any existing folder or new folders you create. Therefore you can manage folders and subsequently the documents that other accountants can view.
