No more bounced emails! Instead of sending a huge file, send a link to the file via Media Lightbox and your client can easily download it with just one click. Multiple files or folders can be sent just as easily.

Adding files to the Media Lightbox system is easy and fast.

Simply select the 'Upload' tab and click the folder you wish to upload files to. A new dialog box will appear asking you to 'Select Files To Upload (100MB)'. Finally select the files from your computer you wish to upload and click 'open' to commence the upload.

Use the search box in the top right hand corner of the screen to search all files in Media Lightbox.

Simply enter the filename or part of the filename you are searching for. It does not have to be the exact filename, as the system will also search for parts of a filename. You can also search for keywords that may have been associated with the file.

A 'Lightbox' is a way of grouping several files together so that they can be easily accessed or sent to contacts.

To create a new Lightbox select the 'Create New Lightbox' option. A new Lightbox will be added to the top of your list.

The Lightbox can be deleted without deleting the files themselves, which remain in their respective folders in the Media Lightbox system.
