Selecting Files

Once logged in, you can select multiple files by clicking and dragging your mouse over them or by holding the ctrl key and clicking on each file. Mac users can hold the cmd key and click to select several files.

File Approval System

Every Media Lightbox account includes the ‘File approval’ feature. The approval system is ideal for requesting approval on a design or prototype from your boss, colleagues or a client.

One way is to simply add your law firm colleagues or clients as Read-Only users and give them permissions to the folders of your choice. This will enable these users to only log into your Media Lightbox account and download the documents contained in the folders in which they have access. Please note that read-only users will not have the permission to upload documents to your site.

Another approach you can take to manage your documents is to email your colleagues or clients a link to your important documents. Therefore when you are managing your law firms documents by sending them via Media Lightbox they will not be attached in the email.

Instead our system will create a link to the location of the documents stored on your site, and will place this link in the body of an email.

As a result you will never receive bounced emails due to the size of your documents; therefore our system will allow you to successfully manage your law firm’s documents with your colleagues and clients with ease.
