By enabling technical writers with Admin permissions (see above), they will be able to manage large technical documents online easily and securely. Documents can be uploaded in any format or file type as our system supports all formats.
To manage your technical documents successfully, simply follow the instructions below:
1) Create a new folder(s) and sub-folders if necessary
If you upload documents to the incorrect folder, you can move them at any time by selecting the checkbox above the image preview of the document, and select the ‘Move’ option from the action menu. A new window will appear displaying a list of all the folders that are currently created in your Media Lightbox account.
Select the folder you would like to transfer the documents to, and then click on the ‘Move’ button that appears. Your document will be moved to the new folder location and removed from the original folder.
